Cutting in Bangkok and Surat

Coloured gemstones are faceted at our gemstone-cutting facility in Bangkok. Diamonds are cut at our diamond-cutting facility in Surat. Whether sourcing, recutting or new production is suitable depends on the material and technical review.

Measurements, tolerances and matching

Each stone is individually faceted, so weight, measurements, colour tone and reflections may vary slightly within a repeat-production design. Required tolerances, colour matching and pair or set requirements are agreed before production.

Laboratory reports

An independent laboratory report is included only when expressly confirmed for the enquiry. Report availability and suitability are clarified before an order is accepted.
