Processing time

In-stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below.

Shipping options

Standard shipping — Free
Tracked and insured, with estimated delivery about two weeks after dispatch.

Express shipping — US$40, or free on orders over US$1,000
Tracked and insured, with estimated delivery 4–7 days after dispatch. Orders over US$1,000 will be shipped express at no additional shipping charge.

These options apply to the destinations we serve. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, local holidays and carrier delays may affect arrival dates.

Import duties and taxes

Our prices include applicable import duties and local taxes for all destinations we serve, with both standard and express shipping. You should not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery.

If a carrier requests an import payment, please contact us before paying so we can help resolve it.
